The best way to take it is on an empty stomach , separate from meals, for example on an empty stomach , between meals or before going to sleep .
The recommended amount is 250 ml to 350 ml per day , preferably on an empty stomach or 30 minutes after meals. It should be gradually introduced into the diet , starting with 120 ml per day for the first 3 days to see how the body reacts and then increasing the amount.
