Coverage and costs (Mexico City and Metropolitan Area)
Zone 1 – $53: Venustiano Carranza, Iztapalapa, Iztacalco, Benito Juárez, Miguel Hidalgo, Coyoacán, Cuauhtémoc, La Magdalena Contreras , Xochimilco, Tlalpan and Álvaro Obregón .
Zone 2 – $95: Azcapotzalco, Cuajimalpa, Gustavo A. Madero, Naucalpan , Tlalnepantla , Huixquilucan , Tláhuac, Milpa Alta.
Zone 3 – $242: Texcoco, Chalco, Chiconcuac , Ixtapaluca, Cuautitlán Izcalli, Teoloyucan, Tultitlán, Nezahualcóyotl and Ecatepec.
Coverage is determined by postal code and may vary. Costs and policies may change at any time without notice .
Minimum order and processing
Minimum order for home delivery: $400 MXN.
Orders paid after 12:00 pm are processed the next business day .
Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 pm are processed on Monday starting at 10:00 am .
We do not process or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or official holidays in Mexico .
Delivery times
Estimated delivery: 2 to 4 business days from payment confirmation .
Times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, high demand or other factors beyond the company's control.
Cold chain and reception
Our products are perishable and refrigerated . The customer or a designated adult must receive and refrigerate them immediately .
If the address is incorrect, there is no one to receive it, or delivery is prevented for reasons beyond the company's control, it can be rescheduled at an additional cost .
Re-attempts and returns due to delivery impossibility
If the package is returned due to delivery impossibility, the customer will have to cover the shipping cost again for a new attempt.

Payment confirmation and dispatch
Within the next 24 business hours of your payment being made, we will receive the notification and send you the confirmation of your order .
No order will be shipped without having previously received and confirmed proof of payment , whether by transfer, deposit or through our authorized methods.

Reviews and reports
Upon receiving your order, please verify it . For any issues, please email us at ventas@marusia.life within 24 hours, attaching photos, your order number, and the product's batch/date . We will evaluate your case for a replacement or equivalent solution .
Because they are perishable goods , returns are not accepted due to change of mind or improper handling after delivery.

Prices in MXN . Request an invoice by sending your RFC and tax information to ventas@marusia.life within the month of your purchase.
