Exchange and return policy

Since our products are perishable and require refrigeration , we do not handle cancellations, refunds or returns due to change of mind or improper handling after delivery.

In the event that a product is delivered incorrectly or in poor condition attributable to Marusia , an exchange for the same product may be made.

To request a change, the customer must:

1. Send an email to sales@marusia.life within the first 48 hours after delivery.

2. Indicate in the message:

Order number.

Problem description.

Batch and expiration date.

Clear photographs of the affected product.

Keep the product refrigerated until you receive return or collection instructions.

Once the application has been validated:

1. The shipment of the correct and/or good condition product will be scheduled.

2. The collection of the incorrect or damaged product will be coordinated, if applicable.

Important:

Applications submitted more than 48 hours after delivery will not be accepted.

Marusia is not responsible for damages caused by improper handling or storage after delivery.

The conditions set out here are subject to product availability for restocking.
