Returns & Exchanges

We do not handle cancellations, refunds or returns. In the event that a product has arrived incorrect or in poor condition, exchanges may be made for the same product. If one of our products is received incorrectly, the customer must send an email to with all the information about the situation, reason for the change and photograph of the product to be changed. The shipment of the correct and/or good condition product will be scheduled and the incorrect and/or damaged product will be collected. Changes will not be accepted 48 hours after receiving the product.
