Marusia kefir jelly with red berries
This delicious gelatin is an ideal option for a sugar-free dessert rich in; Probiotics, Prebiotics, Polyphenols, Protein and Antioxidants.
Ingredients:
🔸250 ml Marusia red fruit kefir
🔸1 sachet of sugar-free red fruit gelatin
🔸1 sachet of unflavored gelatin
🔸145g of unsweetened Greek yogurt
🔸1 tablespoon of PREBIOTIC fiber from agave inulin
For the red berry gravy:
🔸2 cups of red berries
🔸Sweetener of your choice to taste, I used monk fruit
🔸Water
As easy as:
1️⃣ Place the gelatin packet in half a glass of cold water to hydrate.
2️⃣ Prepare the gelatin as indicated in the instructions, you must let it cool before mixing with the Marusia kefir.
3️⃣ Heat the gelatin in the microwave oven for a few seconds and dissolve well.
4️⃣ Once the gelatin is cold, place all the ingredients in a blender and blend very well.
5️⃣ Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate until set.
6️⃣ For the berry gravy, place the fruit in a saucepan over low heat, add a little water, stir constantly, and mash the fruit. Add the sweetener little by little until it reaches your desired flavor. Let it cool.
7️⃣ Once the gelatin is ready, unmold it and pour the red fruit gravy over it. You can add fresh fruit to decorate.
