♥️Yogurt popsicles with probiotics

This is the first collaboration with my derma fav @rosederma where we want to teach you that food can be delicious and functional.

INGREDIENTS (6 servings)

-2/3 cups of natural unsweetened Greek yogurt
-1 cup of Merusia kefir
-1 tbsp of natural vanilla extract
-1/4 cup chopped berries
-1/4 cup sugar-free granola


1. Mix the yogurt with the Marusia kefir and vanilla extract until there are no lumps. You can add a little monk fruit in case you want a sweeter flavor.
2. Form the popsicles, alternating layers of yogurt with kefir and red fruits until you fill the mold.
3. Place the popsicle sticks and add some granola to form the base of the popsicle
4. Freeze 4 hours or until completely firm.
5. Enjoy
