This creamy Marusia kefir-based dressing is perfect to accompany your salads.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Marusia kefir
1/2 cup skim milk cream
1 to 2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
a little mustard
Salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar
1 bunch of chives
PREPARATION (10 min):
With a whisk, mix the Marusia kefir with the cream in a bowl. Add lemon juice, vinegar and mustard, continue beating until you have a cream of uniform consistency. Season the dressing with a little salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Taste it to adjust its seasoning. Wash and cut the chives into thin slices. Add it to the dressing and mix well.
