Breakfast or dinner in 5 minutes, the more you do it the better it is, don't stop trying, it's as easy as:.
In a coffee cup place:.
1 banana.
1 egg.
pinch of royal or baking soda.
1 tbsp cocoa.
Cinnamon and vanilla.
Mix perfectly with a fork.
To the microphone 2 minutes.
Optional decoration: 3 chopped walnuts + 2 tablespoons of Marusia Natural kefir
The result may vary depending on the size of the egg and/or banana, look for your ideal portion, I swear if it works out.
