Cheesecake with probiotics

⚠️ALERT Recipe for a functional dessert, which in addition to being delicious can improve your intestinal flora.

INGREDIENTS (6 servings)

Base. -3/4 cup granola -1/4 cup unflavored coconut oil

-3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
-1/2 cup of Marusia kefir natural flavor
-9 gr (3 measures) monk fruit -3/4 cup frozen strawberries.

1. Blend all the base ingredients until you obtain a uniform consistency.
2. Place the base in individual molds (I used a silicone mold because it is easier to remove from the mold) and press with a spoon so that the base is compact. Booking.
3. Now blend all the filling ingredients and taste it in case you want to sweeten it a little more.
4. Place the filling in the molds and decorate with a little more strawberries or blackberries.
5. Freeze for 3-4 hours and enjoy with your Agua Verde Family.
