Gelatina de mango con kéfir Marusia

Mango jelly with Marusia kefir

🥭Delicious gelatin is an excellent dessert to enjoy with your little ones this holiday season 👦🏻👧🏻

Benefits:
✔️It is rich in PROBIOTICS that help keep your MICROBIOTA healthy and balanced.

✔️Mango 🥭 contains antioxidants, as well as fiber, calcium, potassium, and magnesium, and folic acid. It contains an enzyme similar to papain in papayas, which acts as a digestive aid.

Recipe:
🥛900 ml of Marusia kefir
🥭1 mango
2 packets of gelatin

As easy as:
1️⃣ Hydrate the two packets of gelatin in a little water, then after a few minutes heat in the microwave for a few seconds to dissolve it.

2️⃣ In a blender, place the mango, gelatin, and kefir, and blend until creamy.

3️⃣ Pour into one or more gelatin molds

4️⃣ Refrigerate until set

5️⃣ Enjoy

You can sweeten it to taste🍯although believe me, it doesn't need it because the mango is very sweet☺️
