GELATINA QUESO MANGO KEFIR MARUSIA

Marusia Mango Cheese Jelly with Kefir

This gelatin is the perfect snack!!! A delicious way to add probiotics 💪 and prebiotics 🥭 to your diet 😋

Ingredients:
🥛250 ML natural Marusia kefir
🥄🥄2 tablespoons of unsweetened Greek yogurt
1️⃣ small bar (90g) of Philadelphia cheese
🥭1 cup of chopped mango
2️⃣ envelopes (70g) of gelatin

Super easy:
Start by hydrating the gelatin in a little water. After about 15 minutes, microwave it for a few seconds and let it cool. Remember not to mix it with the kefir while it's still hot, as the heat could damage the probiotics. In a food processor, add the yogurt, cheese, Marusia kefir, and the gelatin at room temperature. Process until everything is well combined.

In the containers of your choice, add the chopped mango and pour in the mixture.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until the gelatin is completely set.
