Red fruit parfait with Marusia kefir

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Marusia kefir

¼ cup granola

1️ handful of red fruit combination

2️2 tablespoons of honey

PREPARATION:

In a tall dessert glass, distribute all the ingredients in layers, starting with a layer of Marusia kefir at the bottom, followed by a spoonful of honey, on top of this some fruits and on top of the granola. Repeat the layering once more.

Red fruits are excellent antioxidants and anti-inflammatory due to their high cyanidin content, which reduces the risk of arthritis, cancer and diabetes.
